Based at RUSH Construction’s satellite office in Tampa, Florida, project manager Vince Pellitteri maintains and enhances the company’s relationship with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and its clients.
“Currently, Vince is working on multiple projects for several different military command centers at MacDill AFB. These projects enable Special Forces and their support structure to work and communicate in a safe and secure environment.”
“The first project I worked on involved remodeling Admiral McRaven’s office during the winter holiday break,” recalls Vince. “This presented its own challenges; one of which was the 30 days we had to complete the project. Those first few weeks and months with RUSH were very interesting to say the least!”
After 18 months at RUSH, Vince is convinced that RUSH is a “unique and blessed” organization, remarking on the “camaraderie and the support from all levels within the company”.
“I’m very happy with my position at RUSH,” Vince stated. “It’s challenging, exciting at times, and there’s always something new to learn. Most of all, even though it can be stressful, I get up in the mornings and look forward to going to work–what more could anyone ask for?”
Born and raised in South Florida, Vince currently lives in Mims with his wife Cindy–though they split their time between there and Tampa. With one son and three step-children, ages ranging from 14-36, one of Vince’s favorite pass-times is playing X-Box with his youngest son, Christopher. One of Vince’s personal goals is to get back into golf, which he used to enjoy very much.
