Resident Lab & Dorm Project, Key Largo, FL – The National Park Service, Southeast Region issued this project located at the Everglades National Park to replace mobile homes and replace lab and dormitory trailers with a 1,200 sf modular concrete housing unit to include three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the master bath fully accessible. This project also consists of a 2,000 sf concrete modular dormitory and a 1,960 sf laboratory.
