Joining RUSH Construction in June of 2019 as a project superintendent, Steve Passaro is responsible for overseeing and scheduling all subcontractors and construction services. Passaro ensures that projects reach completion efficiently and on schedule and monitor the job site safety and quality control.
Steve was drawn to RUSH Construction in part because of its Employee Ownership Program, and because of its reputation for strong leadership and experienced managers.
After growing up in the Bronx, Passaro moved to Bricktown, New Jersey, when he was 12 years old. At age 13, he entered the construction industry unofficially as an apprentice carpenter (known as a “Wood Dog”). After spending a couple of years as a lay-out carpenter, Steve joined the U.S. Marine Corps when he turned eighteen.
In his free time, Steve enjoys fishing and gaming.
