As a project superintendent at RUSH Construction, Inc. since August 2021, Kevin Marfitt is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of a project, including the management of short term and long term schedules, project safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and cost management.

With strong problem solving and communication skills, Marfitt’s ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors is an asset to the RUSH team. His knowledge and focus on safety aligns well with the core values at RUSH Construction, Inc.

A New Jersey native, Kevin Marfitt moved to Florida in 1983 as a young teenager. He is the second youngest of five siblings, and has two adult sons and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and just relaxing when time allows.
