RUSH Served as the General Contractor for The Canaveral Port Authority 19,500 SQ FT Remodel of existing Arnott Warehouse / Metal Building for CPA’s Facilities personnel. Project included a total re-skin of the existing metal building, new rollup doors, offices, break room, Kitchen, restrooms, laundry area, shower, communications & security access control upgrades.

Site Work included 2 large canopies for vehicle maintenance, concrete pavement, storm drainage improvements, and security fence with cantilever gates.
