​RUSH served as General Contractor for the CCH Neuro Clinic.

This 3,130 sf project was completed in 3 months with no time extensions. The project required careful planning and scheduling being it is above and below occupied areas and heavy flow of traffic.

The project consisted of a selected Demo on all restrooms, exam rooms, and systems for the new lay-out of suite including concrete floor repairs, new Metal Framing/Drywall, Finishes, Wall Protection, Doors and Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, life safety, technology, and major alterations to the Existing Mechanical Ductwork System creating a fully operational Neurology Clinic for patients.
