RUSH Construction, Inc. served as the General Contractor for the CT#1 South Side Parking Lot for the Canaveral Port Authority.

This project consisted of the demolition, grading, paving and striping of a new 251-space parking lot, complete with new lighting, security fencing, cameras, and landscaping.

The new parking lot allows for additional parking as the new state of the art cruise ships continue to increase in size and passenger capacity. This new secure parking lot offers “credit card only” parking using the HUB Parking Technologies “pay to park” equipment. The “pay to park” equipment is situated under two new decorative canopies covering cruise farer’s parking transactions on the ticketed entrance and pay to exit lanes.
