RUSH Construction, Inc. was the Construction Manager for HONDA MDF located in The Town of Grant-Valkaria, Florida. This facility was a Design-Build 11,200 square foot cast-in-place concrete building with a modified bitumen roof. This building houses the research and development team, laboratory, and has five bays of storage. Project also consists of site work, underground water storage system, fire pump, underground utilities, boat ramp, dock, concrete paving, interior finishes, epoxy flooring, stucco, prefabricated metal trusses, overhead doors, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This facility also contains a HOOT system, which allows the building to treat its own sanitary waste and disperse the grey water to a drip irrigation system. This facility has been certified by the United State’s Green Building Council at a “Gold” level.
