RUSH served as the Builder / Construction Manager for this precast concrete structure located on the west side of the Orlando International Airport, near Tradeport Drive.

The project consisted of 3 rooms for a total of 950 SF. This facility has the ability of hosting up to (4) different Internet Service Providers (ISPs) providers who will utilize the MPOE to deliver IP based services for the Authority and its tenants. Design and construction included site improvements, infrastructure for fiber optic cable (conduits, manholes, etc.), multiple data in source rooms, pre-manufactured concrete building components, systems and electrical work, including ATS for automatic emergency power, clean agent fire suppression system, and HVAC work all meeting Florida Building Code

The project was estimated to take approximately 145 days and was completed in early 2019.
