RUSH-PEAK JV constructed an 18,160 square foot one-story facility consisting of an administrative office portion and a warehouse portion. The building includes administrative offices, personnel supporting operations and workstations, classrooms, training areas, common areas, electrical, HVAC, and communication rooms. Work also included site improvements for vehicle parking, landscaping, and a stormwater system. Utilities included gas, sewer, water and underground electrical and communication duct banks.
