Employee-owned since the year 2000, RUSH is a people-focused company that places a strong importance on the well-being and development of its employees. With an extensive training program designed for continuous learning and advancement, the people at RUSH are encouraged to continue to excel and improve throughout their time with the company.

In addition to facilitating a family atmosphere and encouraging employee development, RUSH also supports a number of charities and events that help the community. Involvement in these activities creates another layer of goodwill and encourages team building. Some of the organizations that RUSH supports include: Jess Parrish Medical Foundation, Health First Foundation, Central Florida YMCA, Titusville YMCA, Country Acres Children’s Home, and Habitat for Humanity.
This November, employees of RUSH will compete in the Titusville YMCA Golf Tournament. The tournament funds financial assistance at the Y, removing economic barriers so that youths of all ages may access and participate in YMCA programs. Additionally, the company will hold a Toys for Tots drive during the holiday season, an event that all of the employees work hard to put together and make a success.
