Bluegreen’s Orlando Sunshine Resort Unit Renovation – 30 units were complete and occupied on 2/21/11, with rave reviews from the owner, guest and resort management staff. The personal on-site management of the project by Dina Belon and Robbie Gandolfi made for a smooth project and a very happy client. The remaining one unit that was completely gutted and being converted to an ADA compliant room is still underway. The project has expanded as well to a complete renovation of the resorts lobby and additional furniture for the one ADA unit.

Bluegreen’s Casa Del Mar Resort in Ormond Beach is a 90 unit guestroom; lobby and corridor limited scope renovation. Guestroom and corridor flooring and hardwired lighting and furniture are being replaced, as well as a renovation to the lobby. The construction work will begin April 4th and be complete April 29th for guest occupancy May 6th. RUSH is the project manager for the owner, managing varied scope including FF&E and construction.

The Villages of Seaport Condominium Association contracted RUSH Hospitality to design a renovation to their 30 year old clubhouse building; including the multi-purpose room, entry and kitchen. The design was presented at the end of the year, final budgets provided to the association board at the end of February. We are awaiting the final approval from the association board. Once the budget is approved we will bid the construction work.

The Marriott Grande Vista Sales Center is our most recent project management turn-key project. We will be providing design, procurement and construction services. The scope of work is flooring, paint, public bathroom renovation, elevator refurbishment and some minor mechanical work. The project construction work is schedule to start at the beginning of May and take four to five weeks.
