The RUSH Family of Companies supported the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC Space Coast) and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office with their Annual Handlebars for the Holidays event! Through employee contributions and matching funds from RUSH, we raised $12,860 which allowed for the purchase of 92 bikes.It means so much to the RUSH family that we are able to bring smiles to the faces of 92 children in our community.

ABC Florida East Coast has provided a new bike/helmet/lock package to a child in need in the Space Coast community for over a quarter century. Through this effort each year, ABC gives children a brand new bicycle for Christmas. Over the years, ABC has donated over 9,000 deserving Florida children brand new bikes, locks, and helmets for the holidays.

ABC Space Coast partnered with Brevard County Sheriff’s Office over nine years ago to truly make this a community event. ABC members like RUSH Construction, Inc. provide the funds for bikes and locks, while the Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization generously provides the helmets.
