After building two stand-alone dealerships for Ron Norris, Inc. earlier this year, RUSH begins construction on the company’s Ford dealership.

Titusville, FL – October 22, 2015 – This winter, RUSH Construction Inc. will complete renovations on the Ron Norris Ford Dealership on Cheney Hwy. in Titusville, FL. The project features full renovation of the 10,000 square foot showroom. RUSH is currently working on this project using the renovation designs created by Allen Kiesel & Associates, P.A. This is the third project that RUSH has undertaken for Ron Norris, Inc. this year.

Ron Norris Ford Dealership Renovation Project Details:

Constructed in phases to ensure that the existing dealership operations aren’t impacted by renovation activities, this project includes complete interior renovation of Ron Norris Ford’s existing 9,000 square foot showroom with an additional 1,000 square feet being added by the enclosure of the existing canopy. The finished showroom will include a designated customer lounge, business center, kid’s play area, restrooms, and new service center, as well as high-end finishes for the showroom and all customer areas.

The exterior façade will also be renovated under this project with a new extended parapet (a low protective wall along the edge of the roof), high quality aluminum cladding, curtain wall glazing system, and entry tower feature. The existing 6,000 square foot Quick Lane Service Center will be up-fitted with new finishes, aluminum cladding, curtain wall glazing system, and a new full-service sales/parts desk.
