About Our Joint Ventures & Associations
RUSH Construction has a successful history and proven track record of delivering quality projects as a joint venture entity. Under the joint venture arrangement, RUSH Construction, Inc. (RUSH) serves as the Mentor and their small disadvantaged partner is the Protege.
In the role as Mentor, RUSH provides years of experience in managing and performing construction work in support of aerospace and defense related projects. This expertise in project management, field supervision, scheduling, quality control, and safety is conveyed to the Protege staff for their continued growth and knowledge in these areas.
In addition, RUSH works closely with the Protege in financial controls, estimating, customer service, and marketing which serves to strengthen their abilities in these areas. RUSH also provides assistance in the bonding of projects when needed.
RUSH and the Protege also share in the furnishing of trade personnel for the work the joint venture self-performs depending on available manpower and other commitments.
Many operational, management, and logistical issues that would typically plague firms that are teaming for the first time have been identified, addressed and resolved as a result of our working together and our joint performance.
