RUSH Construction served as the General Contractor on the Veterans Memorial Park Improvements project in Merritt Island, Florida. RUSH contracted RUSH Marine as the subcontractor to perform the marine scope of work. The work consisted of a complete improvement of the park’s current conditions, such as removal of existing fencing, foliage, and concrete barricades. New improvements included the installation of 29,988 SF of sidewalk, 547 LF of boardwalk, additional parking, and new landscaping. The project was completed at the end of February 2021.
