RUSH served as the Design-Builder for Parrish Medical Center for the re-design of an old MRI facility located on 1905 Jess Parrish Court in Titusville, Florida.

This 3,200 SF facility underwent a complete exterior transformation, with all finishes being demolished all the way back to the exterior CMU walls.

The new shell construction includes raised masonry walls for an increased interior ceiling height, and a new engineered hip roof truss system and shingles. The finishes on the exterior were completed with new painted stucco veneer, doors, and upgraded impact resistant windows.
