This project is a one-step design and construction project. This project shall not be more than 19,999 sf and shall be constructed of tilt up panels, standing seam metal roof, slab-on-grade, parking lots. A two story building with an elevator and one interior stair that also includes areas of open administrative office space, individual offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. The support spaces include a mechanical, communication and electrical room. This building shall also be designed to meet U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certification.
