As an employee-owned company, RUSH attributes its success to the support of its exceptional staff.
On May 1st, employee-owned RUSH Construction, Inc. celebrated 33 years in business. Founder, Eduardo Rabel, has said that one of his greatest strengths has been “hiring good people”. The leadership at RUSH acknowledges the material role of its people in the company’s success.
Evidence of RUSH’s commitment to its people can be seen through its Employee Ownership Program. In addition to celebrating RUSH’s 33rd anniversary this month, three members of RUSH’s Employee Ownership Program are also celebrating milestone anniversaries with the company. RUSH recognizes the following three staff members for their exceptional service, loyalty, and dedication: Karen Stevens, Contract Administrator and HR Coordinator (celebrating 20 years), Robert Gandolfi, Lead Field Superintendent (celebrating 15 years), and Shawn Lucas, Director of Safety and Quality (celebrating 10 years).
“It’s no secret that in order to build something great, you need a great team,” said President, William Chivers. “At RUSH, our corporate values of integrity, safety, quality and customer service don’t mean much of anything without a team of dedicated individuals who believe in and support what we strive to accomplish in each project of which we are a part..”
The team at RUSH Construction, Inc. is incredibly proud of its reputation for “Building with Integrity Since 1984”, and looks forward to many more prosperous years ahead.
