RUSH Receives Florida Safety Council 2025 Vehicle Fleet Safety Award
The RUSH Family of Companies is proud to announce that we have been recognized with the Florida Safety Council 2025 Vehicle Fleet Safety Award, an honor that reflects our ongoing commitment to safety across every aspect of our operations.
Representing RUSH at the Florida Safety Council’s 73rd Annual Safety Awards Ceremony & Fundraiser on March 27, 2026, were Shawn Lucas, Director of Corporate Safety & Quality, and Ruth Harris, Accounting Manager. The event was held at Disney’s Shades of Green Resort and brought together organizations from across Florida that demonstrate excellence in workplace and operational safety.
The Florida Safety Council is dedicated to promoting safer workplaces and communities through education, training, awareness programs, and industry recognition. Each year, the organization honors member companies that exemplify outstanding safety performance and a strong commitment to protecting employees, customers, and the public.
Receiving the Vehicle Fleet Safety Award is a testament to the culture of safety that drives our team every day. From our project sites and facilities to our vehicles and marine operations, safety remains at the core of everything we do.
